Refund, Shipping, and Discount Policy

Return policy:

We want you to love our products! We offer a merchandise credit, equal exchange, or credit reimbursement to the original form of payment, within 30 days of delivery of product(s), and no more than 20% of product used. Please provide us with your Order Number with any and all correspondence. Reimbursement occurs within 2 days that returned product is received by us. We ship USPS Insured Priority Mail on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's.

We ship within the continental USA for a flat $8, up to a $59 order. Free Shipping on orders $60+ (excludes sales tax and shipping) within the continental USA. Use code FREESHIPPING at checkout to receive the free shipping discount. Must be used at checkout, cannot be altered or credited after the sale.

If you are interested in purchasing from us outside of the continental USA, please message us and we'll get you a shipping quote based on your location. 

Please be sure your shipping address is correct before you complete your purchase. We are not responsible for products shipped to an old or outdated address. We ship to the address given at the time of purchase. 

 

Discount Policy

Our website platform only allows one discount to be used for each purchase (discount codes and/or automatic discount sales). This includes the free shipping discount. Please figure out which discount is going to give you the better deal, and use that code or automatic discount when placing your order. We cannot offer multiple discounts on one purchase.
